Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Olego Distribution, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient distribution services to our retail partners across Canada. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure you receive your inventory quickly while maintaining the competitive wholesale pricing your business relies on.
1. Minimum Order Requirements
To maintain our wholesale pricing structure and service quality for all independent retailers:

Minimum Order Value: All orders must meet a subtotal of $250.00 CAD (before taxes and shipping) to be processed.

Order Consolidation: We recommend consolidating your needs across categories (Apparel, Automotive, Electronics, etc.) to meet this minimum and optimize your shipping costs.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility
We strive to keep shipping costs low for our partners. Our rates are calculated based on order volume and destination.

Free Shipping Threshold: Orders with a subtotal of $500.00 CAD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within our primary service zones.

Maximum Shipping Allowance (The 10% Rule): To protect our wholesale margins on heavy or bulky items, our Free Shipping offer covers shipping costs up to a maximum of 10% of the total order value.
Example: On a $600 order, Olego covers up to $60 in shipping fees. If the carrier quote exceeds this amount due to remote location or item weight, the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding statutory Canadian holidays.

Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, Canpar, or Freight), you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your province and proximity to our distribution hubs:

Quebec & Ontario: 2–4 Business Days

Western Canada & Maritimes: 5–9 Business Days

Remote/Northern Regions: 10+ Business Days
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Upon delivery, please inspect all boxes before signing the carrier's Waybill.

Discrepancies: Any missing items or visible damage must be noted on the driver's delivery receipt.

Reporting: Please contact our support team at sales@olegodistribution.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.
