Return & Refund Policy
At Olego Distribution, we prioritize the satisfaction of our retail partners. Because we operate as a B2B wholesaler, our return policies differ from standard consumer retail practices. We aim to resolve all inventory issues quickly so you can focus on running your business.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but we understand that transit issues can occur.

Reporting Period: Any damages, leaks, or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of Damage: Please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.

Resolution: Upon verification, Olego Distribution will issue a credit note to your account or provide a replacement on your next scheduled shipment.
Shortages and Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives and is missing items listed on your packing slip, or if you received the incorrect product:

Notify us via email at sales@olegodistribution.com within 2 business days.

Include your Order Number and the specific SKU/Product Name that is missing or incorrect.

We will investigate our warehouse logs and shipping weights to rectify the error immediately.
Return Eligibility & Restocking Fees
To keep our wholesale prices competitive for all customers, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or unsold inventory.

Authorized Returns: Returns are only accepted with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team.

Restocking Fee: Any authorized return for reasons other than damage or warehouse error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened cases and in resalable condition. Seasonal items and "Final Sale" clearance goods are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Claim
To start a return or damage claim, please follow these steps:
